A comedic internet civil war between Civ fan sites Sidgames & Apolyton scenario by ?unknown?
Mod files rescued from DSquared's Zandanian League backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

^It is 1999 in the world of Civia, and a great battle
^is brewing. Kunal Shah, leader of the despotic SidGames
^Empire, has created a radio tower that can send mind
^control waves at his enemies. Now DanQ of the Apolytoners
^is trying to do the same. But the Shah od Darkness will
^stop at nothing to thwart him. He plans a full scale
^invasion of the Apolyton mainland to crush resistance
^once and for all. Can you stop him?
