that's what richmond police are saying this evening. that accident left a 14 year old girl dead, and her 11 year old sister critically hurt. as nbc bay area's jodi hernandez tells us, this happened in an area that neighbors say has become a hotspot for sideshows and for reckless driving. this is where that deadly crash happened in an industrial area of richmond. you can see flowers mark the spot of the crash. police say all four occupants of the car were just 15 and under. initial evidence points to the infiniti traveling at a high rate of speed northbound on canal boulevard. at some point, it exited the roadway. this was the scene richmond police discovered after responding to collision alerts. they received from two kids iphones early yesterday morning, they found a 14 year old girl dead at the scene, ejected from the car, and her 11 year old sister critically injured. police say they later located 215 year old boys who fled from the car. at this point, the issue is we don't know who was driving, so we have all the occupants kind of p
